In 2022 Levenger.com embarked on replatforming both their ERP and migrating to Shopify. Working with a team of internal stake holders and a Shopify developer I was tasked with the initial setup and import from the existing site previously redesigned in 2017. My role at the company evolved beyond design and marketing to include the end user experience. We would go on to implement features and integrations/enhancments to the Shopify platform including both customer facing and marketing journeys including abandon cart, post purchase bounce back, reviews, refills, and loyalty programs.
