Levenger.com embarked on replatforming both their ERP and migrating to Shopify. Working with a team of internal stake holders and a Shopify developer I was tasked with the initial setup and import from the existing site previously redesigned in 2017. My role at the company evolved beyond design and marketing to include the end user experience. We would go on to implement features and integrations/enhancments to the Shopify platform including both customer facing and marketing journeys including abandon cart, post purchase bounce back, reviews, refills, and loyalty programs.
In 2017 I created the following design specs and presented a plan to modernize the Levenger.com website from a Desktop only HTML based table structure to a mobile-first modern website leveraging the Bootstrap framework to handle breakpoints.
Starting in 2016 building on the success of the Email Marketing program, Levenger tasked me with rolling out a Digital Marketing channel. This included taking ownership of Levenger social media accounts and building out paid prospecting and paid retargeting campaigns. In the early days the work flow repurposed Email creative to generate additional creative for various ad sizes. Ultimately we evolved this work flow to take advantage of ESP data and Shopify integrations to leverage programatic advertising best practices and AI to generate personalized ads unique to the customer.
In 2014 I joined Levenger to build an in-house email marketing program. Developing a workflow from Photoshop slices and an HTML email template to training 4 in-house designers to create emails, ultimately integrating a cloud based ESP solution with customer journeys and email automations.
